BEDFORD, NH — Nearly three dozen properties sold in Bedford in June, according to the latest real estate sales data.
Prices ranged from $470,000 for a four-bedroom fixer-upper on five acres of land on Back River Road to $2,919,799 for a four-bedroom home that has yet to be built on Boiling Kettle Road.
Of the 34 properties that sold, nine were more than $1 million.
According to a report by New Hampshire Realtors, June, like most summer months, showed a strong sales performance with closed sales reaching their highest monthly total in four years and residential sales setting a new all-time record.
The median single-family home sold for $575,000 in June, up slightly from a year ago, and nearly 5 percent higher than the second quarter of last year. Nearly 1,500 sales were closed throughout the state — a 12.3 percent increase when compared to June 2025 and the most homes sold during any month since 2022.
Total sales also set a record of more than $1.01 billion, the first time sales have exceeded $1 billion in state history.
