Nearly 3 Dozen Properties Sold In Bedford In July 2026

BEDFORD, NH — It was another good month for home and property sales in Bedford.

In July, 35 transactions were recorded. Prices ranged from $420,000 for a two-bedroom home on Mack Street with 1,000-plus square feet of living space to a five-bedroom house with one and a half acres and nearly 4,400 square feet, which sold for $1.915 million. The Mack Street house was on the market for three days, according to an online listing, while the most expensive home this month was listed for five days.

Five homes in town sold for $1.5 million or more while 10 were over $1 million.

One condo on Hawthorne Drive sold for $482,000 while a townhouse on Evening Star Lane sold for $430,000.
