BEDFORD, NH — It was a slow month for property sales in Bedford, according to the latest sales data.
Only 15 properties sold for the month, ranging in price from $535,000 for a four-bedroom home on an acre lot to a $1.65 million custom four-bedroom home on nearly two and three-fourths of an acre.
According to the list, six of the 15 homes sold for more than $1 million. All of the homes sold were single-family homes.
