BEDFORD, NH — August 2026 saw a summer slowdown in Bedford property sales, with only 15 properties sold.
September numbers, however, showed a slight uptick, with 18 sales, according to the latest data.
Prices ranged from $459,900 to $3.1 million, with more than a third coming in at $1 million or more.
The top sale of the month was a four-bedroom, five-bathroom home on Newfane Road, on nearly 2 acres of land, which sold for more than $3 million.
The least expensive property for the month was a three-bedroom home with around 875 square feet of living space, which sold for nearly $460,000.
