Dispatchers with the Manchester Police Department began receiving numerous emergency calls at approximately 5:30 p.m. regarding a completely unclothed man traveling on foot along River Road.
According to Manchester Police Spokesperson Heather Hamel, one caller reported that he was sitting parked in a driveway with his two children in the car when the naked individual walked up the driveway toward them before turning back toward River Road.
Responding officers located the suspect shortly after arriving in the area. Police said the man initially refused commands to stop and kept walking away from officers. Following a brief physical struggle, officers managed to take him into custody.
The suspect initially refused to provide his identity to police. Officers later identified him as 33-year-old Devin Alley, a Manchester resident.
