Announcement Of Candidacy For State Representative: Todd Fahey Of Bedford

I write to introduce myself and my candidacy to Bedford’s Patch readers.

I’m a Bedford native. My wife (another Bedford native) and I returned to our hometown, from the Concord area, four years ago. I respectfully ask for your careful consideration as a capable candidate at this critical moment in time. Regardless of how you vote, it’s important to choose carefully.

My campaign slogan of truth, experience and results reflects me, and my values.

For me, truth is about being honest with voters and campaigning and serving with integrity. My experience is deep and relevant. I am the managing partner of a statewide law firm, have decades of experience providing legal counsel to hundreds of New Hampshire families, businesses and nonprofit organizations. I also know the legislative process.I have directly related state and federal legislative and advocacy experience gained from serving as AARP New Hampshire’s state director for eight years. There — by working across economic sectors and across the aisle — I successfully advocated for affordable healthcare, unique housing options (like ADUs), better power of attorney and guardianship laws, support for caregivers, lower prescription drug prices, lower utility costs and more livable communities.

I’ve achieved results at the Statehouse, in law and in business because people trust me. I work hard and I deliver.

As a candidate, I’m focused on growing a strong economy, protecting our environment, building our affordable energy future, ensuring accountability and responsible government, and supporting seniors, people with disabilities, caregivers, and families.

Now is the time for proven leaders with integrity to stand up and serve. That’s why I’m running.

I’d be honored to have your trust and vote on November 3rd. In return, I’ll give you integrity, my experience, and my best efforts to achieve results in the finest traditions of New Hampshire.
