Armed Robbery Reported In NH Store: Watch
Updated with video: Manchester Police are asking for the public's assistance after an incident at the Z1 Express store on Second Street.
MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester Police are reporting an armed robbery at the Z1 Express store on Second Street in Manchester, according to an alert. The store was hit at around 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 9, 2018. The clerk, a woman in her 50s, was washing floors at the time of the robbery, according to police.
The suspect was dress in a gray hooded sweatshirt with dark pants, a black mask, and gloves with a black pistol.
“(The robber) entered the store and demanded cash,” according to Lt. Joseph Mucci of the Manchester Police Department. “During the commission of the robbery another customer entered the store and the suspect fled on foot. A track was attempted however the suspect was not located.”

Police described the man was white and about 5 feet, 7 inches tall. There was a small logo on the left chest of his sweatshirt. The suspect was armed with a black "automatic style" handgun.
The woman was not injured, according to an updated report on Wednesday.

If anyone has information regarding this incident they should contact the Manchester Police Department at 603-668-8711. Tipsters could be eligible for a cash reward should the tip lead to the identification and arrest of the person responsible for the robbery.
