Armed Robbery Reported At Speedway

The Queen City Avenue location was robbed late last night. Police are asking for the public's help finding the white, male suspect.

MANCHESTER, NH — A gas station on Queen City Avenue was robbed late last night and now, police in Manchester are asking for the public’s help finding the suspect. Officers were called to the Speedway at 311 Queen City Avenue at around 11:30 p.m. on Feb. 6, 2018, for a report of an armed robbery. The suspect entered the store, approached a clerk, allegedly showed a knife and then, demanded cash from the store’s register, according to Lt. Brandon Murphy of the Manchester Police Department.

“The clerk complied and provided the suspect an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency,” Murphy alleged. “The suspect then fled the store in a westerly direction.”

The man is described as white, male, with a medium build, approximately 5 feet, 10 inches tall, wearing a dark, gray winter jacket, a gray hoodie, a plaid face mask, and blue jeans.
