Auburn Woman Indicted On Gun Threat Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Man indicted on 8 drug sales charges; felon faces weapon, drug charges; Calumet House escapee indicted; woman faces riot charge after brawl.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Charles Namiot, 50, of Newbury Road in Manchester on two pistols & revolvers; convicted felons and three controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methadone, amphetamine, and meth, charges, all felonies. He was accused of possession the drugs as well as metallic knuckles and a fixed blade knife on June 12 in Antrim.

Joseph O’Rourke, 42, of Beech Hill Avenue in Manchester on a felony escape charge. He was accused of leaving the Calumet House transitional facility in Manchester on March 20, 2021, and not returning. Kevin Pino, 59, of Lowell Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of waving a screwdriver at a woman in a threatening manner and saying, “What do you wanna do?,” or words to that effect, forcing her to retreat to a bedroom, on May 6 in Manchester.

Victor Ramirez-Cardona, 47, of Central Street in Manchester on first-degree and second-degree assault charges. He was accused of beating a woman with a pole and causing broken bones on June 4 in Manchester.

Michael Robillard, 35, a homeless man now located in Manchester on burglary, theft, possession of heroin-fentanyl, and resisting arrest or detention charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and physically interfering and fleeing from an officer during an arrest on May 25 in Manchester and he was accused of burglarizing NH Total Home Care in Manchester and stealing a van owned by the company on June 2.

Ricardo A. Rosario, 26, of Pennacook in Manchester on a felony sale of fentanyl charge on Jan. 5 in Manchester.

Emily C. Sandblade, 68, of Manchester Road of Auburn of felony criminal threatening. She was accused of pointing a firearm at a man in Manchester on May 17, telling him to get back, or words to that effect.

Taryn Santiago, 44, of Pearl Street in Manchester on a felony riot charge. She was accused of participating in a melee in the parking lot of the Texas Roadhouse on March 17 in Manchester along with Anthony Bayne, Nicole Watley, and Nyah Velasquez, according to the indictment.

Elijah Alexander Sapp, 24, of Wayland Avenue in Manchester on possession of cocaine and two domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of holding a revolver to an intimate partner’s head and cutting off her clothing with a knife on June 2 in Manchester.

George Sebastian, 53, of Morrison Street in Manchester on 8 felony sale of a controlled drug charges. He was accused of selling cocaine and crack cocaine to a confidential informant on Oct. 22, 2021; cocaine, fentanyl, and crack cocaine to a confidential informant on Oct. 26, 2021; crack cocaine and fentanyl on Nov. 2, 2021, to a confidential informant; and fentanyl to a confidential informant on Nov. 9, 2021, all in Manchester.

Jason E. Soto, 42, of Linlew Drive in Derry on possession of buprenorphine, possession of crack cocaine, possession of methadone with intent to sell, possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, and possession of meth with intent to sell charges, all felonies. The charges stem from incidents on Aug. 9, 2021, in Manchester. Soto has been previously convicted.
