Bar Stool Challenge to Raise Money for CASA of New Hampshire

Register today to become a Bar Stool Warrior as part of a 12-hour marathon of fun and entertainment at New England's Tap House Grille.

Beat the winter blues and spend a day participating in a marathon of fun and games to support CASA of New Hampshire at New England’s Tap House Grille’s first-ever On Tap for CASA on Saturday, March 4.

The event challenges teams of four to 12 participants to occupy a bar stool for 12 hours, from noon to midnight, while competing in friendly challenges and enjoying hours of entertainment.
To earn your spot to participate, teams must sponsor a stool for $1,000 and then team members must occupy the stool in shifts throughout the 12 hours. How you sponsor you bar stool is up to you. You and your teammates can ask for donations, you could split the cost among team members or find a corporate sponsor. All proceeds from the event support Court Appointed Special Advocates of New Hampshire.
On March 4, 25 teams will assemble at the Tap House. Teams will be ranked through the day based on how they do in mini-challenges. Each hour presents something new, from trivia to a wing eating contest, to a stein hoisting challenge, lip-sync battle or bingo. From noon- 5 p.m. there will be a craft table and face painting as children are welcome at the family-friendly restaurant. The event will also feature six local breweries – Able Ebenezer, Great North Ale Works, Litherman’s Limited, Sam Adam’s, Shipyard and Woodstock Inn Brewery – who will provide samples to participants over the course of the day. Snacks prepared by the Tap House will be available throughout the day and food and drink may be purchased as well.
All team members do not need to be present for the full 12 hours, but one-person must occupy their team’s bar stool at all times. Team members should plan to spend at least a couple hours together, enjoying the company of friends old and new and participating in a variety of games or enjoying some live entertainment.
The Tap House will be open to the public all day for those who may wish to observe while enjoying a meal, or enter to win some great raffle prizes, but to get the full experience, register today to become a bar stool warrior. Details and much more information is available at www.casanh.org/ontap. A $100 deposit is required to reserve your bar stool and space is limited.
