Bedford Man Charged With DUI: Police Log

BEDFORD, NH — Mark A. Pefine, 47, of Manchester, was arrested at 9:57 a.m. on Oct. 7, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and manufacturing, selling official inspection/registration sticker after a traffic stop on Route 101 near Constitution Drive.

Craig Soucy, 57, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on Oct. 5, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension after a crash on South River Road.

Shamarr D. Sims, 31, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:58 p.m. on Oct. 1, 2017, on a warrant after a motor vehicle stop on South River Road. Jennifer LaPorte, 19, of Massachusetts, was arrested at 8:49 p.m. on Sept. 2, 2017, for transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor after a traffic stop on Route 114 and Boynton Street.

Alan W. Hubbard, 60, of Bedford, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on Sept. 1, 2017, for DUI on New Boston Road and Wallace Road.

Barbara I. Forteza Concepcion, 21, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:34 a.m. on Aug. 30, 2017, for operating without a valid license after a motor vehicle stop on South River Road.

Joseph J. Laliberte, 20, of Bedford, was arrested at 12:22 p.m. on Aug. 28, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent after a motor vehicle stop on South River Road and Hull Road.
