According to police, officers were sent to the RPM Fuels on Route 101 on March 10, for a report of a robbery at just before 8:45 p.m. The store clerk alleged that two men walked into the store and demanded cash. The suspects then reportedly fled the area with money.

An investigation ensued and police later built a case against both Rapaglia and Toribo. Both men were held on $5,000 bail and are due to be arraigned in Merrimack District Court on July 27.

This was at least the second time in 15 months that the gas station has been robbed, according to police.
