Bedford Police Investigating Bank Robbery
Woman allegedly walked into the TD Bank on South River Road and demanded cash, according to police.

BEDFORD, NH - Police are investigating a bank robbery this afternoon at the TD Bank location on South River Road in Bedford, according to an alert.
The robbery occurred at around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2016.
Upon arrival, officers determined, upon speaking with employees, that a woman walked into the bank and demanded money from a teller. She claimed to have a weapon, but none was shown. The suspect took a quantity of cash and fled the scene, according to the alert.

The suspect is described as a white female, in her early to mid 20s, 5-feet, 3-inches to 5-feet, 5-inches tall, with a thin build. She wore a black hat, gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and tennis shoes.
No one was injured during the robbery.
