Bedford Police Invite Community to National Night Out
Watch the police vs. fire department softball game at the Mary E. Selvoski Field as well as the WZID Block Party at the town pool.

BEDFORD, NH — Bedford Police Chief John Bryfonski and the entire Bedford Police Department would like to invite the community to attend the annual Police versus Fire softball game and 95.7 FM WZID Radio Block Party as part of National Night Out.
The event takes place at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2016, at Mary E. Selvoski Field, 20 County Road (Softball Game), and the Bedford Memorial Town Pool, 20 County Road (WZID Block Party).

Residents throughout Bedford are invited to join 38.3 million people in over 16 thousand communities from all 50 states, U.S. territories, Canadian cities and military bases worldwide for National Night Out. This event is nationally sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch, ADT Security Systems, Nextdoor, Associa, and sponsored locally by the Bedford Police Department.
Neighbors throughout Bedford and across the nation are asked to come outside, turn on their front porch lights and spend the evening with residents and members of law enforcement. Most cities and towns celebrate National Night Out by hosting block parties, festivals, parades, cookouts and other various community events with safety demonstrations, seminars, youth events, visits from emergency personnel and exhibits.
