Bedford Students Light the Derryfield School Stage

"High School Musical" a hit amongst locals.

With the contributions of several Bedford students, the Derryfield School Middle School Players recently presented two performances of "High School Musical" at the school's Performing Arts Auditorium.

This theatrical production of the popular Disney movie proved a lighthearted family show about the need to question stereotypes. Athletic Troy and brainy Gabriella upset the status quo of high school cliques by trying out for their high school musical, and much drama and hilarity ensued as their classmates first tried to foil their plans and later came together as a school.

Maddie Pierson and Miles Strickler performed leading roles as Sharpay Evans and Chad Danforth, respectively.
