Bedford Teen Arrested On Strangulation Charge: Police Log

BEDFORD, NH — Mikayla Whitney, 19, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:31 p.m. on June 23, 2017, on a warrant. Also arrested was Kyle V. Moquin, 22, of Boscawen, on a bench warrant. They were arrested after a motor vehicle stop on South River Road near Eastman Avenue.

Brian R. Roy, 30, of Bedford, was arrested at 9:34 a.m. on June 23, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and driving without giving proof after a traffic stop on Route 101 near Meetinghouse Road.

Troy A. Huckins, 35, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:39 p.m. on June 21, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and suspension of a vehicle registration after a traffic stop on Route 101 near Constitution Drive.

Desiree Martinez, 28, of Manchester, was arrested at 3:35 a.m. on June 20, 2017, for operating without a valid license after a motor vehicle stop on Route 101 and Hardy Road.

William E. Steele, 46, of Manchester, was arrested on April 7, 2017, for forgery. He was arrested on North Road on a warrant.

Norris L. Johnson Jr., 59, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:48 a.m. on April 6, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration. He was arrested on South River Road.

Andrew R. Anderson, 19, of Bedford, was arrested at 6:18 p.m. on April 4, 2017, for second-degree assault-strangulation and breach of bail. He was arrested on a warrant on Pimlico Court.

Michelle Egan, 30, of Milford, was arrested at 3:53 p.m. on April 3, 2017, on a warrant. Also arrested was Michael Gallant, 29, of Bedford, on a bench warrant. They were arrested on Route 101 near Pinecrest Drive after a motor vehicle stop.
