However, about three and half hours later, officers were sent back to the location for another altercation, according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department. The officers located multiple people, including a 56-year-old woman, who was knocked unconscious during the altercation. She refused medical treatment at the scene.

“The six individuals were charged with riot – for engaging in violent behavior which recklessly created a risk of public alarm – after a physical confrontation between the residents of Walker Street on a public roadway,” O’Keefe stated.

Five of the six were released on $1,000 cash/surety bail and are scheduled to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North on March 8, 2018. One appeared in Manchester District Court this morning, O’Keefe added.
