BHS Set for FIRST Robotics Competition

Event to be held at Verizon Wireless Arena this weekend.

Bedford High School is slated to take part in this weekend's 10th annual FIRST Robotics regional competition at the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester.

This year's competition is the Rebound Rumble, which requires members of three teams to form an alliance to compete against an alliance of another three teams. Robots from each team take the playing field and must shoot compact, foam basketballs at three levels of basketball hoops, each worth different points.

Bedford Patch will also be there, and will bring you photos and video of the competition this weekend.
