Breaking: Bedford Police believe there is no danger to the public, according to an alert. Threat deemed not credible by investigators.

BEDFORD, NH — The Bedford Police Department is investigating a reported bomb threat made to a local daycare facility, according to an alert. Shortly after 11 a.m. on Feb. 2, 107, police received a call from Primrose School at Bedford Hills, a private daycare facility located on Cooper Lane, reporting that they had just received a bomb threat via telephone, according to Chief John Bryfonski of the Bedford Police Department.
"Officers responded to the scene and assessed the audio recording with company officials," he noted. "As a precaution, the building was evacuated, and all children were taken to a neighboring care facility while police conducted a search. Daycare officials notified parents through the company's emergency alert system."
After a search of the interior and exterior of the building, nothing dangerous was found, Bryfonski stated adding that police "determined the threat was not credible."
