According to police, officers were sent to Douglas Street at just before 2:30 p.m. after receiving information from both the Massachusetts State Police and Natick Police detectives that Tisme, a fugitive from justice with extraditable warrants, might be staying with an unknown acquaintance.
They arrived at the address and took Tisme into custody without incident, according to a report from Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department. He was held without bail.

The acquaintance Tisme was with – a 25-year-old Manchester woman – was not charged. O’Keefe noted that she “may not have known” at the time that he was a fugitive.
Tisme is due to be arraigned today in Manchester District Court.
