Two New "Tell It Like It Is" Shows To Start Airing On Friday, And Are Already Online To View
These are the first two shows of a new series that will air over the next several weeks.
Law and Order With Bedford Police Chief John Bryfonski
It's hard to believe that it has been a full year since Chief John Bryfonski took over the helm of the Bedford Police Department. It seems like that in the blink of an eye, twelve months have passed.
So, it seemed like an appropriate time to do a show with Chief Bryfonski so that Bedford residents can learn about the new programs that he has implemented, especially those that show community policing in its best forms. We're lucky to have a top-notch Bedford Police Department manned by consummate professionals. Watch the show. You'll definitely learn some new things about our P.D. and the work that it does.

"26 Interviews & Only One Bad Apple" To Also Air This Week
"Tell It Like It Is" shows in recent weeks included 26 different shows done with the candidates in this year's September primary election. The "one bad apple" referred to in the show title refers to the show done with Carol Shea-Porter, who is engaged in trying to regain the Congressional seat from which she was removed by voters two years ago. Although Ms. Shea-Porter was treated with complete courtesy and respect, she was angry that she was asked questions about Obamacare, as well as angry that there was talk about her time in Congress, that she later claimed was irrelevant to her current campaign. She subsequently wanted the show canned and replaced by one in which she would control the content. She actually enlisted the help of Bedford Democratic Party Chairman Gerry Hanauer to help smother the show. And when I said that the show would air, a barrage of venom began. In "26 Interviews", I discuss the whole scenario, and also outlined some of the things that should have been talked about that Carol Shea-Porter would prefer to forget. The show will air on BCTV Channel 16 from Friday, September 28 through to Thursday night, October 4th on the following schedule, and can also be viewed through live streaming at broadcast times.
