BVI Ready for Easter Celebrations

Chefs busy planning traditional grand buffet and Easter Dinner menu for April 8.

The Bedford Village Inn will host an array of special Easter celebrations in the dining room and great hall on April 8, in addition to a special limited tavern menu for the first time.

The traditional Grand Buffet in the Great Hall runs from 9:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m., featuring five indulgent stations including salmon, vegetables, pastries and fruits, made-to-order omelets and a European chocolate fountain. The Grand Buffet is $39 per adult and $19.95 for children under 10, not including tax or gratuity.

The four-course prix fixe Easter Day Dinner Menu in the Dining Room will be from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. This year's menu includes favorites from years past, and new additions by Executive Chief Benjamin Knack, such as Herbed Stuffed Leg of Lamb, Filet Mignon, and a Parmesan and Bacon Crusted Native Cod. The four-course menu with choices is $55 for adults and $29.95 for children under 10, not including tax or gratuity.
