Catherine Rombeau Is Running For State Rep on Sept. 7th

On September 7, Bedford will choose a new State Representative to fill the seat recently vacated by the late David Danielson, and I am honored to run as the Democratic candidate in the Special Election. Representative Danielson set a high bar for civic engagement in our community and encouraged me to do the same. I am committed to carrying on that legacy.

In the past few years, I have served on the Bedford Town Council, Zoning Board of Adjustment, Water & Sewer Advisory Committee, Conservation Commission and Historic District Commission. I continue to volunteer with the Bedford Energy Commission, Department of Public Works, and Bedford School District, and currently serve as an Alternate Trustee for the Bedford Public Library. In every instance I have worked with neighbors across political divides to keep our town running at the level our residents expect. I understand first-hand how state budget and legislative decisions directly impact local control, both in our schools and our municipal governance.
