The Changing Face of Local Government

NH is often described as a 'free state' because constitutionalists tend to flock here. But those with international agendas do not like it.

A colleague recently called my attention to a letter in the Concord Monitor from Nancy Heath (Letter: Free Staters in Epsom - Friday, August 04, 2017 - http://www.concordmonitor.com/Free-Staters-and-the-Liberty-Alliance-11635356)

In the letter, Nancy Heath complains about Rep. Carol McGuire and calls her a 'free-stater' due to her constitutionalist views.

Frankly, I will take constitutionalists who support our federal and state constitutions any day over 'one-worlders' who are controlled by NGOs and nefarious international groups.

What is a 'one-worlder'?

In the letter, Heath mentions a previous letter from Susan Seidner of Pembroke
(Letter: The meaning of ‘Liberty’ ratings - Tuesday, August 01, 2017 - http://www.concordmonitor.com/Something-for-voters-to-think-about-11593168).

In her letter, Heath states "Susan Seidner’s letter provided a cautionary list of items the Liberty Alliance is against. I would add, simply, they are leaders for downshifting costs to local property tax payers."

(The Liberty Alliance is the NH Liberty Alliance, a legislative watchdog group).

Seidner is in fact, part of a group that is solely responsible for the "downshifting".

Turns out Seidner is part of a group called "NH Listens", a public relations firm created and run by an out-of-state foundation (Carsey School of Public Policy - https://carsey.unh.edu/nhlistens) housed at UNH.

This PR firm is often invited (unwittingly?) by town officials to conduct "listening sessions" where they employ ACTORS (how fitting as Marcy Carsey was a Hollywood TV producer) to use the Delphi Technique with town residents. This is how they manage to steer people into approving of things they never needed or wanted. Most residents do not even realize these sessions have taken place, and even if they attend, despite their "input", towns then embed these ideas into their "master plans". This is all done at the behest of unelected regional councils who seek to implement internationally-approved UN-generated ideas locally. (Agenda 21/2030). These ideas are also in lockstep with another NON governmental authority known as the American Planning Association. Unelected regional councils are similar to the soviet style of governing. More often than not, their all- encompassing ideas, if implemented, result in usurping local control in favor of top-down rule, changing the look and flavor of your small town, poisoning the educational system with failed fads, and raising taxes.

We wonder what involvement Heath has with these unelected boards, otherwise known as Regional Planning Commissions?

As a resident of NH, I'll take constitutionalists who respect the rule of law of our sovereign nation, over one-worlders with an agenda, any day.
