
While there won’t be record breaking cold temperatures like there were this week, it’s going to be a chilly one and snow showers are a possibility on Sunday night, according to weather forecasters.
AccuWeather.com reported last night that a push of arctic air and an Alberta Clipper storm will be the cause of the chilly temps and snow.
Expect sunny skies on Friday with highs in the low-to-mid-20s, but the 5 to 10 mph winds will make it feel like it is in the negatives again. Overnight lows will drop down in the single digits to below zero.

On Saturday, expect sun and temps in the mid-to-low 20s, and mostly clear skies in the evening, with lows in the single digits and negatives.
The weekend will end with slightly warmer temperatures, with highs in the 30s, but snow is expected to move into the region in the late afternoon and early evening, with temperatures in the teens.

It’s unknown, at post time, how much snow is expected, but meteorologists are not expecting a blizzard.
