Crack Pipe, Needle Lead To Charges In Queen City
A bathroom stop behind a dumpster led to Justin Littlejohn of Franklin and Rachelle MacDonald of Manchester being arrested at 7-Eleven.
MANCHESTER, NH — Officers noticing suspicious activity this morning led to the arrest of two on drug charges, according to Manchester Police. Rachelle MacDonald, 30, of Manchester, was arrested on June 14, 2017, on a possession of a controlled drug-cocaine charge. Also arrested was Justin Littlejohn, 37, of Franklin, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, heroin, a Merrimack County Superior Court warrant, and three other bench warrants. Officers around 3:30 a.m. this morning were in the 7-Eleven parking lot on South Main Street in Manchester when they noticed a woman exit a parked vehicle, walk behind a dumpster, and begin to relieve herself, according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department.

As MacDonald left the vehicle – a Ford Taurus – officers allegedly saw a glass pipe fall out of the vehicle. The pipe allegedly contained a white residue consistent with crack cocaine. MacDonald was patted down and the officers allegedly found a baggie with cocaine in it and she was arrested.

Littlejohn also reportedly exited the vehicle to speak with officers.
“While doing so, they noticed a needle sticking out of his pocket,” O’Keefe alleged. “A small brown bag fell out of Littlejohn’s pockets as he pulled the needle out to hand over to the officers. Inside, they located a small crystal consistent with methamphetamine. A search incident to arrest reveled he was also in possession of heroin.”
