The Avalanche extended truck lost control putting more 300 feet of skid marks down, according to Jeffrey Hastings, of Frame of Mind Photography, who took pictures at the scene, leaving the road way and ejecting the driver and passenger.

"A trauma alert was activated at the Elliot for both patients at the Elliot hospital where they were transported as 'status 1,' which is the most critical," he noted. "It was reported via the radio transmission bystanders were performing CPR on one of the occupants at the scene."
