Crews: Sanborn is a Strong, Committed, and Passionate Person
Letter writer: Sanborn has done incredible work for us in Concord and he really spends time educating himself, asking the right questions.

BEDFORD, NH — I want to share a brief letter about state Sen. Andy Sanborn. I have known Andy for several years now and have gotten to know him quite well. Although he and I do not always agree on everything, he continually surprises me with his open mind.
I’ve watched his understanding and compassion grow as he has listened to and learned from real people about the struggles of substance use disorder. Andy Sanborn listened and he’s helping to make changes that will actually make a difference.
It takes a strong, committed and passionate person to do the right thing instead of the politically expedient thing, and Andy Sanborn is fighting hard for those facing addiction issues in the state when others have given up or caved in to politics. Andy Sanborn does the right thing for the right reasons. It’s rare to find someone who is willing to fight against the political inside class to serve and protect everyday people.

From my perspective, as a very passionate recovery advocate, Andy Sanborn has done incredible work for us in Concord and he really spends time educating himself and asking the right questions. We need him there if we are going to make any real progress in this Opioid epidemic. Things need to change. We need to hold providers and state agencies accountable. We deserve answers on how the state of New Hampshire is spending our taxes and we need to make changes to programs that are ineffective - and there are MANY.
I ask everyone who is concerned about the future of our state to re-elect Andy as I have seen firsthand how much he cares and is willing to stand up for us.
