Another week, another baby found dead in Queen City home.
Manchester Police and EMTs were called to an apartment building at 341 Kimball St. at just before 11 a.m. for a “check on the welfare call” because there was a report of a young child crying in the apartment and no one would answer the door, according to scanner chatter.
Emergency personnel arrived at the scene, checked on the child, and confirmed it had passed away, according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department. They also spoke with a 30-year-old woman who resides at the apartment.
