Aitken: Dietsch Should Disavow Deceptive Mailers
Both, sent by NH Democrats, falsely imply that Ricciardi, who has never held state office, voted wrongly on several bills.
Even though I disagree with NH Senator Dietsch on many issues, I just can’t imagine why she would have allowed the NH Democrats to launch such an obviously deceitful attack on her opponent, Denise Ricciardi.
I am speaking in particular of two postcard mailings. Both falsely imply that Denise, who has never held state office, voted wrongly on several bills. Some of the bills cited at the bottom of the material, were from two years ago.
Does Dietsch really count on people being that stupid? I think she must. People should know that Denise has never spoken about any of these bills, let alone has she ever been in a position to vote on them.

Denise is as decent a person as you’ll ever meet. She does NOT have a voting record as implied by those deceptive mailers.
People should also know that Dietsch, who DOES have a voting record, was the sponsor of a 6.5% statewide income tax bill. She should disavow these mailers immediately.
