Drug Take-Back Programs Held on Sept. 27

More than 70 locations around New Hampshire will be hosting the drug collection program, no questions asked.

The state of New Hampshire and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration as well as other health organizations are co-sponsoring a drug-take back day held on Saturday, Sept. 27.

The collection times are slated for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at various locations around the Granite State.

Any over the counter or prescription drugs will be accepted at the collection events, no questions asked.

During the most recent drug take-back event, held in April, more than three tons of expired and unwanted medications were collected by the DEA and local police departments all around the Granite State.

More than 70 sites have been set up for the September collection drive.
