Duo Charged with Theft at Kohl's

Bedford Police arrest two men following alleged shoplifting.

Kohl's opened its Bedford Mall doors for the first time Sunday.

A little more than 48 hours later, Bedford Police were opening their doors as well, to the rear seats of their cruisers, where they escorted two Manchester men who allegedly were attempting to steal from the .

Yesterday, officers responded to a report of two male shoplifters at Kohl's.

The two men had fled the store while police were en route and were later found hiding in a residential area near the mall, where they were taken into custody without incident.

Tobiah Scott, 25, of Manchester was charged with three counts of receiving stolen property, as well as breach of bail. He was held on $2,000 cash bail and transported to the Hillsborough County Jail on Valley Street in Manchester. He'll appear in Merrimack District Court on March 7.

Travis Langlois, 19, also of the Queen City, was charged with willful concealment and released on Personal Recognizance bail with a court date of April 3 in Merrimack District Court.
