Officers were called to the restaurant at around 2 a.m. for a report of two women acting disorderly and refusing to leave the property. A manager alleged that they argued with an employee while waiting in the drive-thru lane, according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department.

“The two women parked the vehicle and continued to argue with the employee who was standing outside of the employees’ entrance,” O’Keefe alleged. “The employee walked into the restaurant to avoid a confrontation but the two women pushed past the worker while yelling and swearing at him. The manager told them to leave but they initially refused to exit the restaurant. The unwanted subjects walked out of the building as soon as the manager threatened to contact police. However, they refused to vacate the property.”
The officers went to speak with the women and alleged they were intoxicated, refused to leave, and continued to argue with employees and the officers, so they were taken into custody.

Stevenson allegedly failed to comply and pulled away from the officers while Mara-Hady and Paul reportedly interfered while they were trying to get Stevenson into handcuffs, O’Keefe stated.
All three were processed and released on personal recognizance bail and are due in court on Jan. 24, 2018.
