Eastern Propane & Oil Makes $30K Donation to NH Veterans Count

BEDFORD, NH — Eastern Propane & Oil recently hosted the 12th annual Salute Our Soldiers Breakfast and presented New Hampshire Veterans Count with a donation of $29,823.73. The donation represented one penny for every gallon of propane that was delivered through Eastern's five Veterans Count-branded delivery trucks.

Eastern Propane increased its number of Veterans Count trucks from one to five this year, and maintained the donation level across the expanded fleet.

"We are all excited to see that 2,982,372.6 gallons had been delivered through these five trucks and knowing that every penny is going to help a veteran or their family, is why we will continue this program into next year," said Josh Anderson, VP of Marketing & Business Development.

For more than 12 years, Veterans Count, the philanthropic arm of Easterseals Military & Veterans Services, has provided financial assistance to service members, veterans and their families.

Ninety percent of every net dollar raised for Veterans Count is spent to provide services and grow resources for New Hampshire service members, veterans and their families.
