TONIGHT: Broadway-Style Hair Fashion Show

NASHUA – A bit of the glitz of New York City will make its way to Nashua, as models from the Cinderella Modeling Agency walk the runway in a Broadway-style hair fashion show.
     Mogi’z Masquerade, a semi-formal event hosted by Mogi’z Hair Salon and Art Gallery, takes place tonight, from 6 p.m. to 12:45 a.m., at the Radisson Hotel in Nashua.
    From 6 to 8 p.m., there will be a cash bar and appetizers with a sponsorship booth expo.
    This fashion show, with hair styles by Mogi Zagdsuren, co-owner of Mogi’z, runs from 8 to 10 p.m., in three acts:
    • Act I – “Masquerade,” featuring The Breakdancers and 20 models.
    • Act II – “Carmen,” featuring El Arte Flamenco and 14 models.
    • Act III – final runway show with a performance by Enrique Gil.
    An oil painting donated by artist Julio Aguilera, co-owner of Mogi’z, will also be auctioned during this time, with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the Nicole Evangeline Scontas Scholarship Fund.
    Following the fashion show is a disco masquerade party with a DJ. Guests attending must wear a traditional masquerade mask, which are available for purchase online at www.venicemaskedball.co.uk. Masks will also be for sale at the show.
    Tickets are $50, and a portion of proceeds from each ticket sold will benefit the Nashua Soup Kitchen and Shelter. Each guest attending the fashion show will receive a bag filled with samples and promotions from event sponsors.
    A Mothers Day package is also available for $124.99 per person. The package includes a premium ticket and seating for Mogi'z Masquerade, a one-night stay at the Nashua Radisson, a select bottle of wine from Wine Not, flowers by Floral Art Designs, a gift bag provided by sponsors and Saturday morning breakfast.
