13th Annual Coalition for Bedford Youth (CBY) Babysitting Events
For years now, Santa’s had the unfair advantage of being able to prepare his gifts in the peace and quiet of his workshop, far away from the eyes of the children whom he wishes to surprise. For those of you who lack a state of the art workshop and need to go holiday shopping instead, we at CBY propose an initiative to level the playing field a bit. We’ll watch your kids for the day, while you go holiday shopping, ensuring that everything you purchase will be a surprise.
The Thirteenth annual CBY babysitting event will be held Sunday, Dec 4 from 10 AM through 3 PM and again on Saturday, Dec 10 from 9AM until 3PM. This event will take place at 23 Back River Road in Bedford at the New Morning School, an organization kind enough to offer us use of their facilities every year for this event.
Children are welcome to stay the whole day, though this event fills up fast, so register as soon as you can. The minimum age is two years old, and children must be potty trained. There will be fun filled activities including, but not limited to crafts, stories and games. We’ll also be playing outside, so please pack your child with the appropriate clothing. Children will receive a snack, though those who are staying for lunch should bring a bag lunch.
The cost for this event is $4 per hour per child, and space is available on a first come first served basis. Drop-ins are welcomed, but only if we’re not already full. The best way to ensure your child a spot is to make a reservation. To sign up, or for more information please visit our webpage cbynh.org. If you have any further questions, please feel free to email info@cbynh.org or call 472-5171.
