The Bedford Town Memorial Tree will be lit at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Deecember 8, in a community ceremony sponsored by a partnership pf the Bedford Garden Club and the Bedford Women's Club. The Richard K. Harvel Post 8401 of the VFW and the Stevens-Buswell Post 54 of the American Legion will provide the color guard. The Bedford High School Chorus will close the cermony with song. The Town Memorial Tree is located at the corner of Church Road and North Amherst Road. For information, contact Nancy Herper, 471-0892.
