Mad Science – Jr Chemistry Workshop

Fee for this program is $55 for Bedford Resident/$65 for
Non-resident.

This is a fun, educational introduction to chemistry. It is appropriate for ages 7 to 12 and can accommodate up to 25 children. Shake up a flask of fun with Jr. Chemistry 101!   

This three-hour workshop serves as the perfect introduction to elementarychemistry!

Children will explore physical and chemical reactions, unveil what makes objects glow in the dark and experience the three states of matter. They get to handle laboratory tools, build and break molecules, and pick up some tricks on chemical changes.

Participants should bring a snack/drink to have mid-way through the session.
