Ex-Con Tagged for Excessive Speed
New Hampshire State Police allege that Kurt Giardullo of Pelham was doing 119 mph on I-93.

A local man was arrested for reckless driving after allegedly getting caught speeding on I-93 South, according to the New Hampshire State Police Department.
Kurt Giardullo, 38, of Pelham, was arrested on Oct. 7, after a state trooper alleged observed him driving “at an extremely high rate of speed” on the Interstate in Manchester. Later, while following Giardullo, the trooper allegedly clocked him going 119 mph in a 55 mph zone, while passing other traffic.
After being stopped and taken into custody, Giardullo allegedly objected, stating, “You don’t need send a guy back to prison for speeding.” He later revealed to the trooper that he had been released from the Northern New Hampshire Correctional Facility in Berlin 10 days before.
