Expired Inspection Sticker Leads To Drug Arrests
Christopher Horn and David Papstefanou were arrested on drug charges yesterday after a traffic stop in Manchester.
MANCHESTER, NH — Two Queen City men were arrested yesterday after a motor vehicle stop on Belmont Street in Manchester, according to police. Christopher Horn, 29, and David Papstefanou, 32, both of Manchester, were arrested on March 26, 2018, on drug possession charges. According to police, at just before 5:45 p.m., an officer stopped a Toyota at Belmont Street and Lake Avenue for an expired inspection sticker.

Horn was reportedly driving; Papstefanou was a passenger, according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department. Both men allegedly had drug paraphernalia near their feet before exiting the vehicle and consenting to a search. The officer alleged that both men were in possession of suboxone strips. Both were released on personal recognizance bail and are due in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North on April 21.

According to a post on Patch from July 2013, both Horn and Papstefanou were arrested in Londonderry for criminal trespass and theft after allegedly being caught stealing steel rebar at a local company.
