Fight at Queen City Bar Leads to Woman Assaulting Cop: Report

Police were sent to the rear parking lot of Mike’s Pub on Lake Avenue for a report of a fight at around 5 p.m., according to Sgt. Michael Biron of the Manchester Police Department. A sergeant located a man and woman reportedly arguing.

“The female, Sunny Austin continued to yell and scream profanity in the presence of the public,” Biron alleged. “Austin was instructed to cease her behavior. Austin’s tumultuous behavior continued, leading to her arrest.”
While being arrested, Austin allegedly kicked the sergeant, so an assault charge was added to her docket.
