First-Ever Culture-Con to be Held in Manchester

Dyn hosts event this Tuesday at NH headquarters.

As business continues to evolve, the topic of company culture is one that comes up frequently. That is why Dyn (formerly Dynamic Network Services) is hosting the first-ever Culture-Con, a daylong event addressing the question of how today’s modern business can architect and implement a better company culture.

In collaboration with Business New Hampshire Magazine, the RSVP-only event will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 31, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Dyn’s headquarters in Manchester. Donovan Roberson, Director of Service Innovations at OOBE and formerly Culture Evangelist at Zappos, will deliver a keynote, followed by a panel discussion moderated by Dyn’s Chief Operating Officer Gray Chynoweth and several breakout sessions.

The event is preceded by the magazine’s annual Breakfast With The Best event, which honors local businesses that have outstanding company cultures, and will conclude at 5:30 p.m. with a Dyn-hosted “DynTini” networking event featuring singer-songwriter Jay Nash.

Ideal for human resources directors, talent coordinators and high-ranking company employees responsible for company culture, the guest list of New England companies attending Culture-Con is growing. However, space has been limited to keep the interaction levels at a premium. Registration is $35 per person and closes on Monday, Jan. 30.
