The first arrest – Carmon – took place at just before 6 p.m. after a detective in a vehicle on Union Street was allegedly approached by the woman, who later entered the vehicle.
“She allegedly made a deal to perform a sexual act, so she was immediately taken into custody without incident,” O’Keefe stated.

Later in the evening, two female officers also began patrolling the area attempting to see if there were any men looking for sex acts for a fee, according to police.
At just after 8 p.m., Calabria allegedly agreed to pay one of the female officers a set dollar amount for a sex act. As he reportedly walked away, he was arrested by a patrol unit at Manchester and Lincoln streets.
