Ford Donates $28,500 Grant to NH Food Bank
Hunger-relief organization awarded grant to help deliver more food to community members in need.

The New Hampshire Food Bank, a program of Catholic Charities NH, is among several New England area food banks to be provided a $28,500 grant from the Ford Motor Company Fund in an effort to help deliver more meals to the 1 in 9 people in New Hampshire who face hunger, according to a press release.
The Ford Motor Company Fund, the charitable arm of Ford Motor Company, is expanding its commitment in the fight to end hunger in America by donating to New Hampshire Food Bank and other Feeding America member food banks.
The grant will help support the food bank’s transportation operations. New Hampshire Food Bank provides meal and grocery assistance to 143,200 individuals in New Hampshire communities. It works with more than 400 food pantries, meal programs, children and senior programs, community centers and shelters to help distribute food to people in need in the area.
