Fugitive of the Week: Alex Ortiz

Manchester man wanted out of Rockingham County on multiple charges including assaults, reckless conduct with a deadly with a deadly weapon.

This week’s Fugitive of the Week is Alex Ortiz, a 32-year-old Puerto Rican man last known to live in Manchester, who is wanted on multiple charges.

Ortiz is wanted for outstanding warrants for criminal threatening, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, a vehicle, five counts of simple assault, and endangering the welfare of a child, according to the New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force.

The charges are based on an alleged incident that occurred in February 2014, in Rockingham County, where “Ortiz is alleged to have threatened to harm/kill, physically assaulted and endangered multiple people (including children) while driving a car.” Marshals believe he is still living in the area.
