Goffstown, Nashua Residents Indicted on Drug Charges
Plus, Brookline man allegedly sexual assaulted a person; Windham woman faces theft charges against an auto repair shop.

Tasha Maddox of Osgood Road in Lyndeborough was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled drug, one a felony. The court alleged that on May 29, in Milford, she was in possession of a straw containing heroin, oxycodone, and oxymorphone, as well as marijuana.
Virginia Manro of Bradford Street in Windham was indicted on a felony theft by unauthorized control and fraudulent use of a credit card charges. The court alleged that on Feb. 1, 2009, she embezzled money through a payroll scheme that exceeded $1,500 from a car repair company. She also allegedly used a company credit card on Sept. 18, 2012, and Feb. 12, 2013, to purchase more than $1,000 worth of goods knowing that she didn’t have authority to use the card.
Herbert Myers of Scotty Hollow Drive in North Chelmsford, MA, was indicted on felony reckless conduct, disobeying a police officer, and driving after revocation or suspension charges. On July 12, in Merrimack, Myers allegedly drove northbound in the southbound lane of the Everett Turnpike and refused to stop when signaled to by a New Hampshire State Trooper. He was also allegedly driving while his license had been suspended or revoked by the Massachusetts Division of Motor Vehicles.

Eddie Pelayo of Webb Drive in Merrimack was indicted on felony robbery, theft by unauthorized taking, and criminal threatening charges. On June 28, while in Nashua, he allegedly punched a man in the head while attempting to steal his watch, and stole a debit card and threatened to kill another man.
Nathaniel Pellecchia of Abbott Street in Nashua was indicted on two felony possession of controlled drug charges. On June 10, he was allegedly in possession of heroin and clonazepam.

Joseph Raneri of Main Street in Brookline was indicted on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, both felonies, for allegedly sexually assault another person on May 2, in Brookline, both through intercourse and with a finger.
Rocco Restalli, formerly of Nashua but currently with no fixed address, was indicted on felony possession of a narcotic drug, second offense, and a felony possession of a controlled drug, second offense. On June 26, in Nashua, he was allegedly in possession of two tablets of buprenorphine and an amphetamine tablet after being previously convicted in February.
Tamra Snyder of Mack Street in Bedford was indicted on a felony theft charge. She’s alleged to have presented a check to St. Joseph Hospital Credit Union for more than $1,500 which was not valid.
Rebekah S. Thomas of Maple Avenue in Goffstown was indicted on a possession of a narcotic drug, crack cocaine, a felony, charge, from May 3, in Brookline.
Henrique M. Ventura of Page Road in Litchfield was indicted on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge from May 17, for allegedly stealing a diamond ring from a woman in Litchfield, valued at more than $1,500.
