Homeless Teen Indicted On Attempted Robbery Charges: Roundup

Plus, Manchester man indicted on burglary, weapons charges, Washington teen indicted on threat charges, and alleged drug dealers indicted.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North recently.

James Folley, 68, of Knightland Road in Bennington, on two counts of accomplice-theft by unauthorized taking, theft by unauthorized taking, and financial exploitation of an elderly, disabled, or impaired adult. Also indicted was Karen Folley, 60, of Knightland Road in Bennington, on two counts of accomplice-theft by unauthorized taking. The indicted alleges that they worked in concert to obtain control over around $20,000 worth of funds from a Manchester woman.

Travis M. Francis, 29, pictured upper left, of Ruth Avenue in Manchester, on two counts of burglary, two counts of felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-firearm, theft by unauthorized taking-firearm, and theft by unauthorized taking ($1,501+), all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in Manchester on Aug. 30, Dec. 17, and Dc. 18, 2016. Francis was previously convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court in October 2014.

Joshua Gagne, 18, pictured upper left center, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on two counts of felony attempted robbery as well as resisting arrest or detention after allegedly attempting to rob Rodriguez Market on Jan. 23, and Crosstown Market on Jan. 30, 2017, armed with a pellet gun.

Braxton Garcia, 19, of South Main Street in Washington, for receiving stolen property, theft by unauthorized taking, and two counts of criminal threatening, all felonies, as well as resisting arrest or detention. The property and threat charges stem from alleged incidents on Jan. 10, 2017, in Hillsborough. The theft charge stems from an alleged incident in Bennington on Jan. 10, involving a firearm.

Avery Grady, 22, of Church Street in Hillsborough, for felony possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to distribute allegedly on Nov. 3, 2016, in Antrim.

Donnell Graf, 28, of Merrimack Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine and possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine with intent to dispense, both felonies, allegedly on Dec. 15, 2016, in Manchester.

Daniel Greenwood, 60, of Chestnut Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine allegedly on Jan. 19, 2017, in Manchester.

Derek Guthro, 46, pictured upper center right, of Concord Street in Nashua, for theft by unauthorized taking and false personation, both felonies, for allegedly pretending to be a police officer and then stealing a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck from Team Nissan in Manchester on Dec. 19, 2016.

Maurice Groulx, 25, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on two counts of possession of a controlled drugs-methamphetamine, marijuana, one a felony, allegedly on Jan. 17, 2017, in Manchester.

Iris Guardado, 33, of Auburn Street in Manchester, for identity fraud, falsifying physical evidence, and forgery, all felonies. In July and November 2014, she allegedly took out a loan in another person’s name.

Martin Hansen, 56, of Essex County House of Corrections in Middleton, MA, for eight counts of receiving stolen property, three felonies and four counts of theft by deception. The charges stem from alleged incidents in July, August, September, November, and December 2016, in Manchester.

Jeremiah Hanson, 25, of Clay Street in Manchester, for felony second-degree assault for allegedly strangling another person on Feb. 2, 2017, in Manchester.

Kimberly Hernandez, 21, of Jewett Street in Manchester, for theft by deception ($1,501+). Between Oct. 5, and Nov. 25, 2016, in Manchester, she allegedly made fraudulent returns and kept the money.
