Hudson Man Indicted for Stealing, Pawning Guns
Plus, Nashua woman indicted on heroin, cocaine sale charges.
Here is a roundup of recent indictments from Hillsborough County Superior Court.
Daniel Garnham of Colburn Road in Temple, was indicted on four felony possession of a controlled drug charges. On June 26, the court alleges, Garnham possessed heroin, clonazepam, diazepam, and alprazolam in Nashua.

Kenneth Guertin of Roosevelt Avenue in Hudson was indicted on a reckless conduct charge from July 9, on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua, allegedly driving in excess of 100 mph in a Toyota Supra during rush hour traffic.
Brandon Houle of Pike Street in Nashua was indicted on two counts of felony criminal mischief. The court alleges that on June 6, and June 7, while in Nashua, Houle and another individual shot out windows on multiple vehicles causing in excess of $1,500 worth of damage.

Jessica Hughes, with a last known address of Whitney Street in Nashua, was indicted on three sale of a narcotic drug, second offense, charges, all felonies. It’s alleged that on April 14, and April 17, she sold heroin to another person, and sold cocaine on April 15. She was previously convicted in 2012.
Frank Kenyon of Pelham Road in Hudson was indicted on four counts of theft by unauthorized taking and three counts of receiving stolen property, all felonies. The indictment alleged that on June 1, and June 18, Kenyon “did obtain or exercise unauthorized control of a .22 caliber Ruger rifle, two Remington shotguns, belonging to a relative, and pawned them at Pete’s Gun and Tackle. He also allegedly took a .38 caliber Smith & Wesson belonging to a relative.
