Families in Transition presents the “I AM ONE: New Hampshire Day to End Childhood Homelessness” event at Veteran’s Park in Manchester, NH. You won’t want to miss this new and exciting event! This community-wide event is expected to bring in an attendance of over 2,500+ business, government and community leaders, families and the general public. This one of a kind event will feature an action-packed evening of food, drinks, live music by 3 NH based bands performing to win the coveted first place prize.
