Bedford Patch, beginning this week, is unveiling a new feature that allows you, the residents of Bedford, to tell us what type of businesses you'd like to see move to town.

We'll select a vacant location, post a photo and some information, and ask you to let us know what specific or type of business you'd like to see occupy that location next.

For our first challenge, we've chosen the former Nationwide Insurance Office in the Sebbin's Brook Marketplace at 410 South River Road.

According to OfficeSpace.com, the 3,854 sq. ft. space, which was built in 2005, is available for $3,854 a month.

Due to the plaza's strategic location on busy South River Road, near the new (Manchester/Boston Airport Access Highway), the properties listing boasts 15,000 visits per day.

Now, feel free to call for another pizza place, salon or gym, but remember, Sebbin's Brook is already home to Yianni's Pizza, and , among other businesses. So think hard (but not too hard) and let us know what you'd like to see fill this vacancy in the comment section below.
